Browsing about http://wizards-of-os.org , I saw they are going to show a
black comedy film, CH7, itself under a Creative Commons license on July 11
(see http://wizards-of-os.org/index.php?id=1459&L=3 )

I have two questions for those of you who are working on the Swiss version
(German) of the CC licenses (www.openlaw.ch project) , or anyway are
interested in CC:

1) CH7 (see http://www.ch7.ch/ ) is a Swiss film, but it is still under the
international license  (see http://www.ch7.ch/download.html ) . What sort of
protection, if any, would they get from Swiss authorities in case of an
infringement of this license?

2) The link to the license on the download page actually leads to a page
that says that the license is superseded
(http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nd-nc/1.0/ ) , with a link to the
new /2.0/ version. So which license applies in such a case? (the differences
seem to concern the legal code, not the general summary)
