Does anyone here know about other municipalities or school districts
having similar plans? Which arguments are being used?

In the long term, it might possibly make sense to prepare something
like a re-usable press/campaigning kit targeted to schools. Does such
a thing already exist?

I've sent the Winterthur people a link to [1]. Unfortunately, that's all
I was able to offer, given the extremely brief timeframe. If anyone wants
to help them, please contact Mario Fux <foxman at lugo.ch>.
