How about writing to them to ask why it is not--and cc'ing Larry
Lessig <lessig at pobox.com>?

The WSIS is being run mostly by the ITU, and I am told that in the
ITU large companies have explicit decision-making power.  It might be
that Lessig's talk was omitted as the result of specific bias.  But
this is just a possibility, not a known fact.  They might listen to
public pressure on this.
