I am confused -- why are you talking about courses?  I did not mention
anything about courses in my mail, and I did not refer to Microsoft
products directly but for one single comparison at the end, when I
raised the point about the number of Office Suites.  Can you
elaborate?

Or was this just an introduction to explain why you feel that there
are some so-called experts in the field interested in keeping
Microsoft as the only option of schools and administration?  I also do
not understand the word "foire" (grand marché publique, grande réunion
périodique, etc. according to my Petit Robert) at the end:

I would really appreciate it, if you -- or anybody else for that
matter -- could provide me with some email addresses I could use.
Would Chiara Simoneschi-Cortesi be a good candidate for my/our
