Allerdings frei in jedem anderen Sinn.

Squeak wird nicht nur auf dem $100 laptop sondern auch auf Ubuntu sein.
Wie ich am Montag gehört habe, hat sich Alan Kay mit Steve Jobs  
geeinigt, die Apple-Lizenz (genau wegen Euch Paragraphen Reitern  
übrigens ;-), nicht, weil Alan meint, dass es da irgendwelche  
Probleme gibt oder geben sollte) dahingehen zu relizensieren, dass  
auch OSI keine Probleme damit mehr hat.

Ich denke, es geht dabei vor allem darum, die Indemnification-Klausel  
herauszunehmen, nicht dass ein Atomkraftwerk Debian verklagt, wenn  
die EToys den Kern zum Schmelzen gebracht haben, und Debian dann  
nicht auf Apple verweisen kann...
