i just browsed through the site of sincerechoice.com and decided to post 
the URL here, so people from wt can take a look at it and maybe even join.

sincere choice is a political platform for projects and
individuals who believe that there should be a fair, competitive
market for computer software, both proprietary and open source.

major focus of sincerechoice is to make sure that users have the choice 
between different software products for a given task. open standards and 
interoperability are used to avoid the lock-in of users to a proprietary 
product.

this platform was founded by former debian project leader and free 
software evangelist Bruce Perens. it is a response to the "Software 
Choice" campaign driven by MICROS~1:
