[linuxola] Wikipedia and content for Linuxola

Content for Linuxola

Because of the poor quality of internet connection in many parts of our 
project countries, it is desirable to store useful content on the 
Linuxola server hard disks. A way to do this would be to copy useful 
sites in a proxy server and install this onto the Linuxola server.

This is rather difficult, time-consuming, and beyond my capabilities. I 
can only offer things I already archived.

In the case of Wikipedia, several download projects exist.

Not quite that easy to do it properly. HTML copying is not the way to do 
it. There is no finished DVD-project yet in the English language, only 
German. There is a controversial CD-project, see

Any thoughts?
