one evaluation more

now it is time to know what, who, when every one wants to do.
as i told you before , i am willing to continue, but only if
the project has an open information system
the project has democratic structure

       AN EVALUATION OF LTSP CAMEROON
 
 
          The LTSP program started with all light and I had much hope for this
project but I was disappointed at the end. According to me the causes of failure
are:
- The project was not independent that is it should be on its own registered as
an NGO or a common initiative Group.
- The study condition were not goods
- The materials came late
-There was conflict since it’s operated on two different places
For this project to continue and succeed we need to create and register our own
NGO, furthermore, I proposed that chanceline should coordinate the project since
she was very sharp during the radio program.
 
It should be define how new members should come in and how will funds be raised
for the payment of lights and water and any other person that we may hire.
 
The future objective and plan should be clearly define . With  the above every
body will enjoy the project.
